Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting held each 2nd Tuesday in January. The Board of Directors consists of seven (7) members, each of whom serves a three (3) year term. The Board of Directors consists of people who have volunteered to have their names placed in nomination at any Annual Meeting and have been duly elected by the membership.
The officers are elected by the Board of Directors to serve a one (1) year term.
